In the correct mental state, everything becomes reality. Your mind likes organization, instruction and order. It needs direction. This is how it creates its reality and manipulates your perception. This is the only way it works.
The hypnotic mental state is where all orders and instructions are INEVITABLY ABSORBED. With hypnosis you give orders and your mind obeys. The hypnotic state is created and through it, words, instructions, and orders are placed that must govern your reality, your perception, and your existence.
Words are symbols. Symbols are meanings. Non-visual symbols are also meanings. Non-visual symbols are sensations, kinesthetic clues. Kinesthetic clues can be translated literally as sensations or not. Meanings can be just meanings. They can be unknowns. They can mean something greater. Unknowns can have diverse associations of meanings, words, images, sensations, and symbols.
Symbols can be images, sounds, sensations, gestures, smells, flavors, stories, people, or a simple change of environment, word (or their order), lifestyle, or any other. In this way, every change is hypnotic. Every change is a symbol. All change is subconscious.
You recognize your life from words, meanings and symbols. Words that represent preferences, problems, solutions, desires, repulsions, loves, hates and passions. And it is through words, changing them, adding them, removing them, altering them and generating new symbols, with hypnosis, that all this inevitably changes. Without hypnosis, nothing changes so easily. Nothing changes so deeply, nor so naturally.

Everything that has a physical representation in your internal reality, in your nervous system, in some organ or part of your body, whatever the condition, can be changed by hypnosis, which uses neuroplasticity, through mental training, using imagination and the power of words, the human power to follow instructions to achieve final goals.
Hypnosis paralyzes your normal daily cognitive and physical functions and creates the human state of maintenance, computation, reprogramming. Hypnosis literally paralyzes your functions by first interrupting your conventional physical and physiological processes, stabilizing your body position, and stabilizing your cognitive processing. The management of these realities is the most important part of the hypnotic reality.
Everything has a state of maintenance. Cars, bicycles, computers and various tools. A car can only be repaired when stopped, a computer when turned off. A human being can only be "repaired" when hypnotized. Deep-level maintenance and improvements are only performed in the hypnotic state. Everything that is impossible to resolve in the normal (waking) state is resolved in the hypnotic state.

Hypnosis is the human state of maintenance and originates from its own reality. Hypnotic sleep is distinguished from common sleep not only by having high brain activity, like REM sleep (one of the natural phases of sleep), but also by requiring an external (another person: hetero-hypnosis) or internal (the person himself: self-hypnosis) mechanical inducing agent.

Ordinary sleep is created and managed spontaneously by strictly unconscious influences (Figure 1, item 1). Hypnic sleep is created and managed mechanicallyand largely by conscious influences (Figure 1, item 3). Daydreamingis the daily phenomenon closest to the two sleeps.
Daydreaming occurs during the day, in the waking state. One experiences a mental dream state, where one feels as if one were a little out of reality or at a more intense level of exercising one's imaginative capacity. One thus recognizes the paralysis and the similarity to the common state of sleep, where one dreams, but with one's eyes closed.
The dream state of daydreaming is hypnotic by nature and also occurs in trance, or sleep, hypnotic. However, in the latter, dreaming is just a resource, an event or an auxiliary event to hypnotic sleep and whatever its objective: therapeutic or not.
It is like driving on the road and observing how for several kilometers the landscape is always almost the same, with few variations, but understanding that that view is fleeting, peripheral, making the final destination of the trip the priority objective. However, with more attention one can notice that some trees are bigger than others, some mountains are bigger than others, some rocks are darker, stronger, the animals that graze are also different. In addition, the store with the billboard with an interesting advertisement has become a memory. It is something you do not remember (state of amnesia).

Daydreaming is a common, spontaneous, hypnotic phenomenon that occurs during the day, but it should not be overestimated characterologically or underestimated pathologically. It corrects and simplifies the understanding and learning of the first erroneous and mistaken impressions about hypnosis as a state.
Hypnotizing is professionally manipulating the senses. It is working objectively with all 6: smell, taste, sight, touch, hearing and intuition. The mind is in charge of everything. Not your brain or your body. The mind is not physical. Through focus, attention, distraction, mental confusion and various other methods of stimulation, prolonged access to the subconscious and unconscious minds, which govern your senses and your perception, is obtained.
2.4.1. Vision — You do not see with your eyes, but with your mind. Example: In hypnosis it is possible to make you see something more or something less, in addition to changing the color, shape and quality of anything.
2.4.2. Hearing — You only hear what your mind determines. Example: In hypnosis, it is possible to selectively cancel external sounds or even remove internal sounds (ringing in the ears - tinnitus).
2.4.3. Touch — You can be outside, not inside, the room. Example: In hypnosis, it is possible to make yourself feel completely that you are somewhere else. Instead of sitting in a chair, looking at your computer, you are sitting on the lawn, outside.
2.4.4. Taste — You now eat a salad and taste the steak. Example: In hypnosis, it is possible to make yourself feelliterally eat one thing and taste another.
2.4.5. Smell — The bad smell is now a good smell. Example: Changing your child's diaper is no longer a sacrifice and has now become a perfume testing session.
2.4.6. Intuition — That feeling that something bad can happen in risky situations has given way to a complete certainty that no matter what happens, everything will be okay. Example: You can put your hand in the fire without feeling pain.
Your logic and reason are also under the control of the hypnotic state. It is possible to manipulate them to serve only the purpose of the hypnotic state, whether immediate, short, medium, long term or permanently.
