I felt tired when I woke up and exhausted at the end of the day, in addition to the headaches. My activities were not productive and my concentration for intellectual activities was low.
I slept for more than eight hours and sleep did not restore my strength. Clinically, there were no physical illnesses and no medical exam indicated any illness. I tried a few treatments with prescription sleeping pills, which often worsened the symptoms I was already experiencing and were not producing good results.
I then decided to try Hypnosis as a form of treatment, although I was skeptical, since these techniques are not widely known in Brazil, other than by a few experienced professionals.
